Why work at FMLT

  • Meaningful impact — Your work helps travellers see total prices, compare baggage rules, and avoid nasty surprises.
  • Lean team, big surface area — Ship features from idea → impact quickly.
  • Customer-led — We build for SA travellers: school holidays, regional demand, and practical post-booking support.
  • Growth & ownership — Clear goals, honest feedback, and runway to own problems end-to-end.
  • Hybrid flexibility — Remote-friendly culture with intentional in-person moments.

Our values

  • Clarity over noise — We show what matters (price, baggage, flexibility).
  • Trust by default — Transparent policies, clear comms, and ethical monetisation.
  • Care for travellers — Real people, real constraints; we design for that reality.
  • Iterate, then polish — Ship small, learn fast, scale what works.
  • Respect the craft — Clean code, accurate content, helpful support.
