The video includes a full tour of the airline’s famous flagship lounge – the Clubhouse – at London Heathrow. The video was recorded early 2020, prior to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Wow, that tail camera makes it feel real, as if on board. The sounds are great, do so much look forwards to flying again, my last trip was to New York Christmas 2019.
Very well thought out design. Of course, for the money it should be. However, purple color is AWFUL and is irritating. Purple is on the red spectrum and therefore is excitable. They should have chosen a neutral or calming color. After all, flying is stressful enough. I don't understand how anyone an enjoy the experience. I personally can't stand it, and no matter what they do, I avoid it like the plague.

Or i am stupid or blind: please let me understand "how" in Great Britain that is one of the most full of death it could be possible that people stay all together in the lounge without masks and security measures, how??? Somenthing is missing in front of my eyes, there is something that they don't tell us, like they're destroying the low class people to let rule the upper class people?? Our world is collapsing, for economic crack and what i see are rich people that with calm and happyness stay all together in Business Lounge: which i used also to go despite to what is happening in the whole world?? Thank you for sharing your travels. I really have mixed reactions watching your clip, I found the lounge over bearing, and an assault on that senses, that is a burly personal view. I find some aspect of virgin's soft product on the flight irritating, again a purly personal view. Yes I know these are first world comments, from a country where I cannot even leave the boarders without federal government approval! maybe I am just jealous hahahaha

Funny how this seem so strange with no one wearing a mask. Hopefully, we will get back to the old norm but I think airport workers will forever be in masks, gloves or face shields. I know I will be when I start back flying.
