Every published guide must help a traveller make a real decision. We do not publish pages merely to target a keyword, reach a word count or create another indexable URL.
Named responsibility
Flight Mate Leisure Travel (FMLT) is led by Kgabotuka Masekela, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Each guide identifies the publishing organisation, review date and route for reporting a correction.
Source hierarchy
Changing rules are checked against the responsible government, airport, operating airline, accommodation provider or other primary source. Commercial widgets are not treated as official evidence.
Experience and local usefulness
Guides are written around journeys beginning in South Africa. Original traveller contributions may be included only after checking relevance, privacy, dates and material claims.
AI assistance with human control
AI may assist with organisation, drafting and identifying items for review. It cannot approve or publish time-sensitive travel facts. A human editor must check the page before publication.
Corrections and freshness
Material corrections should be made promptly. Pages display a review date, and information that cannot be maintained or verified should be updated, clearly qualified or removed.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationships are disclosed. Editorial guidance considers total traveller value, including options that may not generate commission. Commercial arrangements do not purchase favourable conclusions.
Report a correction
Email support@flightmateza.co.za with the page address, the information in question and, where possible, the official source. Travel requirements can change after publication, so travellers must verify critical rules before payment and departure.
